Backup without Pro Add-On

Export

With the free version of Note Everything, you can only export your textnotes.
To export your textnotes, go to the notes list, press menu and choose “Export textnotes to SD-Card”.
The notes will be saved as plain text-files (*.txt) to your sd-card in the folder /noteeverything/text. Named “text??.txt” where ?? is a internal number of the note.
You will get one file for every textnote. Containing the title and the body of the note.
Please note that if you have encrypted notes, they will be exported encrypted (unreadable) and can’t get imported back as encrypted notes.
Also you get only the plain contents of your notes. All additional meta data (like last change, folder etc.) will get lost.
Also note: everytime you hit “Export textnotes”, the directory gets cleared and your current notes get exported. So this files are not automatically synced to the current state of your notes. It only mirrors the state of the time you exported the notes.
